Designed to securely hold both the Vakaros Atlas 2 and B&G Triton², the RM2 delivers a clean, compact solution for modern race boats. The stacked configuration positions the Atlas 2 above the Triton², allowing simultaneous access to critical race data and instrument information while keeping the mast area streamlined and uncluttered.
Constructed from carbon fiber–reinforced engineering material, the RM2 Carbon Edition offers exceptional stiffness, heat resistance, and durability, all in a lightweight, race-ready form built to perform in demanding marine environments.
Its slim, mast-hugging profile keeps the mount tight to the spar and clear of running rigging and sail controls. The low-profile design also allows the mast and boom to lay down cleanly on the deck when not racing, eliminating interference common with bulkier brackets.
Curved side clearances provide space for Cunningham and jib halyard adjustments, ensuring control lines remain free and unobstructed during maneuvers. An integrated spinnaker halyard groove allows lines to pass smoothly without snagging or abrasion.
The RM2 features our patent-pending RadGrip™ removable mounting system—a rubberized, non-slip Velcro strap that delivers a secure hold without permanent installation. A metal buckle and locking screw keep the system tight, while the integrated grip surface prevents movement even under aggressive racing loads.
The Vakaros Atlas 2 mounts directly using an industrial-strength spring clip system, eliminating the need for the stock bracket. A horizontal locking spring adds additional security, keeping the unit firmly in place until intentionally released.
The B&G Triton² sits in a precision-fit lower housing that protects the display while maintaining clear visibility and clean integration. The system also includes a carbon, removable, waterproof deck pass-through fitting that allows you to securely route the NMEA 2000 cable into the hull—while still enabling quick removal of the wiring for travel and trailering.
